Microlon Has Been FAA Accepted Since 1979!
Just as in automobiles, Microlon will improve performance and decrease fuel consumption and engine wear. We offer an easy to use kit for just about every aircraft on the market.
The Microlon Aircraft Kits include sufficient High Performance Aviation Formula Engine Treatment to treat all parts of your aircraft's engine.
Here's what pilots have to say:
"Since using Microlon, I usually fly at or near 8,000 feet at full throttle and get the same fuel consumption that I used to get at 2400 RPM at the same altitude, which is 10 gph."
"Savings of 1/2 gallon per hour at exactly the same manifold pressure and RPM. As I was flying 300 hours a year the saving was 150 gallons of fuel per year or $300.00 per year. This paid for the Microlon in one year."
"The Beagle has a Husking fuel flow system within line gallon/hour usages monitored. The savings in fuel is 1/2 gallon per hour in each engine. As my use is 300 hours per year, this is a savings of $600.00 a year."
"I started using Microlon many years ago (early 1980's) when I was flying aerobatic airplanes. Many of my fellow pilots had told me about Microlon. These guys would sell their wife for that extra half vertical roll, so I put it in my Pitts aerobatic airplane. As it broke in I noticed about 200 rpm advanced with the same throttle setting. That engine, a Continental, had a fixed pitch propeller so that the rpm increase was quite noticeable."
"My next engine was on my Homebuilt BD-4 with a 180 hp Lycoming and a constant speed propeller. As the break-in occurred the rpm would remain constant because of the constant speed propellor but the Airspeed increased several knots and there was a noticeable smoothing out of the 4 Cylinder engine. Microlon worked so good on those aircraft I decided to put it in my cars (Mercedes Diesel) and my Kubota Diesel Tractor. The results were all similar to my aircraft. After moving to Hawaii, Microlon was put into my twin engine diesel boat and it eliminated exhaust smoke."
"My new boat has a 170 hp Turbo Yanmar Diesel and although it has only been in a short time we have noticed that the engine runs a bit cooler at the same rpm we always have run it. We suspect a few more knots at the same power but cannot confirm this yet."
